JOFREE SHIMRAY
Co-founder & Creative Director
Jofree speaks a unique design language, expressing the big picture in fine detail.
A National Institute of Design graduate, he specialises in multidisciplinary projects and has led a team of fifty (producers, scriptwriters, video editors, VO artists, compositors, musicians and designers) for 10 years at TV Today to keep the network channels looking smart, programming-oriented and advertising-friendly. For his biggest project at TV Today he liaised with agencies in India, New York and Beijing to furnish the TV Today Mediaplex with interior installations that allow an office building for thousand employees to double up as a multi-space open set for broadcasts.
He also managed the construction of the Star Sports studio along with specialised fabricators in Delhi before installing it in Mumbai.
Drawn to explore opportunities in mobile media, he recently developed RoadRunnr, India’s first etiquette and process training mobile game for delivery personnel; and City Spidey, a community management app for neighbourhoods.
He is currently exploring the potential of open-source gaming software as a tool to make the production of high-quality 3D graphics for media channels faster and affordable.
In his time off from design-tech experiments he is a proud father of two boys, a biped and a quadruped.

Prince Sharma
Co-founder & Director Of Technology
Prince specialises in leveraging networks – of technology and people.
With two decades of experience working for India’s top TV news broadcasters, CNBC TV 18 and TV Today, and a continuing passion for new technology, Prince understands synergies well, and can integrate innovative design concepts with hardware and software, even within legacy paradigms.
Among his best-selling innovations in studio, app and interface design are the time-triggered colour-changing multi-sets for TV Today’s group of channels for different moods of the day; ABP channel’s 360-degree studio that rotates to allow a wider variety of camera angles; and the Election Central software and app that collects and collates election data from field reports and converts it into broadcast-ready graphics in real time.
Teams flow smoother, monies travel farther with Prince’s hands-on approach to executing projects. He gets help, of course, from a network of domestic and international suppliers. For ABP in Delhi he got a studio set up in a record four days. When it comes to sourcing, executing and getting things done he is king.
In his downtime he enjoys gazing at birds on wires.
